We offer storage units inside of a facility that is constructed like a large house with insulated walls and ceilings. For air circulation and mold prevention, each unit contains ventilation around the top and we have two Forced Air Gas Furnaces regulating the temperature in each building. This allows us to maintain a consistent temperature during the hottest and coldest months out of the year. The insulation component of our facility keeps your more delicate items like electronics, fine wood furniture, and sentimental items from getting damaged.

Yes. We pride ourselves on our security. Not only are your items taken care of with climate control but we also offer the security of being inside our facility with unique door codes preventing access to non-customers during the day and dead-bolting each door at night, exponentially lowering the risk of potential theft.

No, unfortunately we do not take credit cards. For payments we take cash, checks, or money orders. This may seem inconvenient to some, but you can set up an automatic bill pay through your bank to have them send us a check every month. So if convenience is your number one priority, then that might be your best option.

No, we are not a 24/7 facility. We have specific hours for each location where you can have access. We are open Monday through Saturday, closed on Sundays.
Lookingglass location: 8am-9am, 12pm-1pm, 5pm-6pm
Umpqua Location: 9am-10am, 1pm-2pm, 5pm-6pm
For mov-ins and move-outs, give us a call ahead of time and we’ll make sure someone is there to let you into your unit.

We have units ranging from 5×5 up to 10×22. Our most commonly available unit sizes are typically 5×5, 5×10, 10×10, and 10×15.
Availability changes week to week so please reach out and check the availability for the unit size you’re looking for and we can always put you on a waiting list.
